Content descriptions

Summary, etc.: "Former Hollywood darling River Lane's acting career is tanking fast. Determined to start fresh behind the camera, she agrees to film a documentary about the picturesque small town of Moose Springs, Alaska. The assignment should have been easy, but the quirky locals want nothing to do with River...Easton Lockett may be a gentle giant, but he knows a thing or two about survival. If he can keep everyone in line, he should be able to get River and her crew up and down Mount Veil in one piece. Turns out that's a big if. The wildlife's wilder than usual, the camera crew's determined to wander off a cliff, and the gorgeous actress is fearless. Falling for River only makes Easton's job tougher, but there's only so long he can hold out against her brilliant smile. When bad weather strikes, putting everyone at risk, it'll take all of Easton's skill to get them back home safely...and convince River she should stay in his arms for good."--Page 4 of cover.

Moose Springs local Easton Lockett was trying to help a stranger he thought was stranded on the side of the road. Not only is she not lost, she is movie star River Lane trying to shoot a documentary about the Alaskan town to boost tourism. The people of Moose Springs are firmly against River and her crew's production, but Easton has a soft spot for the tenacious River and agrees to take the team up Mount Veil. River continually pushes boundaries in her drive to carve a new career in Hollywood, sometimes to the point of endangering herself, her crew, and her new admirer. Easton's patience and care for River mitigate potential disasters and help foster their budding romance. But when he has to choose between this new relationship and his ties to Moose Springs, which will Easton pick? Easton has appeared in Morgenthaler's previous Moose Springs titles The Tourist Attraction (2020) and Mistletoe and Mr. Right (2020), and fans of the series will be happy to see him as the star of his own love story.
