TOM STEVENSON has been writing about wine for more than 40 years. He has won 33 literary awards, including Wine Writer of the Year three times, the Wine Literary Award, and America's only lifetime achievement award for wine writers. In 1998, he was the first person to publish a 17th century document proving that the English invented sparkling Champagne six years before Dom Pérignon set foot in Hautvillers. In 2011 he was inducted into the New York Wine Media Guild's Hall of Fame. He has written 28 books, which have been translated into more than 25 languages. Additionally, he was a founder and contributing editor of Wine Report. His Sotheby's Wine Encyclopedia has sold more than 700,000 copies worldwide. He lives in the United Kingdom. ORSI SZENTKIRALYI is a Hungarian-born wine professional based in London. She is a doctor of law, specializing in the protected origins of wine. Her vinous career started in hospitality, where she worked as a sommelier in top establishments around the world before moving to luxury wine retail and eventually starting her own consulting company, Liquid Talent. She is a judge and ambassador at the International Wine Challenge, is in charge of tasting quality control at the Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships, and is the head of tasting for the wine app Wotwine. Szentkiralyi is currently a candidate for both the Master of Wine and Master Sommelier exams. She lives in London. Twitter & Instagram: @szkorsi.

He has received Wine Writer of the Year award three times, as well as the coveted Wine Literary Award, America's lifetime achievement award for wine writing. ORSI SZENTKIRALYI is the tasting and database manager at WotWine. Previously, she worked in the glamorous world of posh restaurants and luxury wine shops including two-Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and award-winning Hedonism Wines. She is preparing for her Master Sommelier exam.
