Madison and Jonas find themselves warming toward one another as they try to stay one step ahead of the killer. When Madison finally returns home, she has to face more violence associated with her husband's death, bringing her even closer to Jonas. An excellent thriller with well-drawn characters, and the suspenseful start to Harris' new U.S. Marshals series, this will please fans of Catherine Coulter and J. T. Ellison's Brit in the FBI series.
